Baby Angel Progress- Week 36

Oh man, can you tell how tired I am?  So glad to be done with week 36 and on to week 37.  It’s crazy how uncomfortable and tired I am now-a-days… my uncomfortableness/exhaustion is starting to triumph my fears that I was having and I am more and more ready for her to be here!

How far along?: 36 weeks starting on November 18th, 2015

Total weight gain/loss: I had a Dr. appointment today but I forgot how much I weighed

Oh, and when she did my belly measurement she said I am right on target at 36 inches

Maternity clothes? Yep, my outfit in the photo above is maternity clothes.  The leggings and the top are from Target.

Stretch marks? Yep, same ones.  Still hoping I don’t get them anywhere else.

Sleep: For the second week in a row, sleep has been miserable.  I actually dread trying to sleep.  So hard to get comfy then when I do get comfy I have to pee, and its a vicious cycle.  Back pains, leg cramps, not being able to breathe, having to pee so much all puts a damper on a good nights sleep.

Best moment this week:

Today (11/24/15) We had my 37 week check up and so far still good.  Her heart beat was great and I just got to keep doing what I’ve been doing…Kind of feels like a waiting game now…

I also finished her sewing projects I needed to get done before she got here.  I made this awesome nursing cover that I am SUPER proud of..thanks babe for modeling it for me.

We found the coolest Star Wars fabric so we got that and some minky and I sewed her a crinkle tagged blanket and a regular lap blanket.  I LOVE how they turned out!

Hubby also put together her swing this week.  Sadly, Espy is terrified of it so its up for her to try and get used to it before Azalea get here…she has 3 weeks to adjust!

Christmas decorations went up in the Angel house this week.  I didn’t get photos of the completed tree and decorations but Ill take a few and post them up next week.  We usually don’t decorate until the weekend after Thanksgiving but with me being so tired I thought it would be best to get it all out and up early!

I baked the BEST Lemon Loaf ever.  It was a copycat recipe of StarBucks lemon loaf (which I LOVE) and holy cow, mine was actually better!  I wish I could share all my baking creations with everyone!!

Last night I made Padsicles! (Update: I used them for a little while but once they melt even the slightest they get super wet and they are so uncomfortable!)

Labor Signs: I have been having a lot of random cramping lately.  They feel exactly like the cramps you get right before you start your period so I’m hoping thats me dilating and we are making a little bit of progress!

Symptoms: Pregnancy hasn’t been easy on me, and trust me… I know it could have been much much worst.  I still have many of the same symptoms that I have been having before… nausea, cramping, back hurting, exhaustion…just to name a few.  I just wish the nausea didn’t last my whole pregnancy but oh well, I only have 3 week to go.

Belly Button in or out? still level, maybe it won’t end up sticking out after all.

Wedding rings on or off? Off

Happy or Moody most of the time: I’ve been feeling happy but I also know I have been moody because of my lack of sleep and me just totally over being uncomfortable (sorry babe!)

Looking forward to: I look forward to a few things.  Next weeks appointment I could be getting checked to see if I am dilating.  On the 30th we are having an ultrasound to get an estimate of how big she is and if she is in the correct position, and of course I can’t wait for her to get here!  I am nervous and scared but also super excited!   Oh shoot, and also Thanksgiving!  Yummy!

Thanks for reading!

XOXO Love Always, Miyuki
